    The scale graphite is high -pressure metamorphic. After weathering, it is generally blue -gray, yellow -brown or gray -white. It is mostly produced in tingling rocks, sliced rocks, crystalline litter and silicon hacks. Symbiosis is complicated, mainly consisting of sheet -like crystalline carbon, accompanied by long -stones, Yingshi, Black Cloud Mother, Pymaline Mine, Magnetic Yellow Elephant Mine, Golden Stone and other miscellaneous minerals. The graphite in the ore is a chip -like or blade -shaped, and the black or steel gray is mainly existing between the long stones, the time, the transparency of the pyroxyl, and the permeability of the glitter. It has obvious directional arrangement and consistent with the layer. Scales graphite is mostly natural crystal graphite with a layered structure and looks like fish scales. It belongs to the hexagonal crystal system. The crystalline state is good, the particle size is 0.05 ~ 1.5 microns, the thickness of the thin piece is 0.02 ~ 0.05 mm, and the size of the large sheet is 4 ~ 5 mm. The carbon content of graphite is 2% ~ 5% or 10% to 25%.


    Scales graphite is mainly distributed in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, and Madagascar, while my country's scales are mainly concentrated in Heilongjiang, Shandong and Inner Mongolia. Heilongjiang Luobei area is my country's largest graphite mine with a reserves of 13.48 million tons. Scales graphite can be produced as a 3 -level product. The diameter of the 1 -level graphite scales is large. The size of the 2 -level graphite scales is medium. Class 3 graphite is fine -scales graphite. After the scales are separated, the carbon content is generally 80% ~ 99.5%.


    Graphite's purity determines its application. With the continuous expansion of the scope of scale graphite, the requirements for its purity are getting higher and higher. Research and industrial practice has shown that different purification methods have different advantages and markets.


    (1) Floating method is generally used to purify the low -quality natural graphite. After a period of enrichment, graphite is purified to the taste of Chinese carbon graphite. The equipment used in this process is simple and the production cost is low. However, excessive grinding is not conducive to protecting scales graphite. Therefore, we can focus on the breakthroughs of grinding and floating processes. At the same time, we can get better quality graphite and minimize the damage of graphite scales. In addition, through the development of new floating agents and floating equipment, the floating effect of scales can be optimized.


    (2) The alkali-acid method is a wide range of scales and graphite purification methods at present. The purity effect is ideal, but the process is high, the process is complex, and the water consumption is large. It can be improved from the aspects of energy conservation and consumption reduction, simplified process process, and enhanced activation effects to achieve low consumption
